Analog input module TSA202
Description
The TSA202 supports two selectable input modes: 0–20 mA current loop and 0–10 V voltage input. The extended 0–20 mA range allows not only the handling of standard 4–20 mA measurement signals but also the detection of special conditions such as sensor faults, calibration states, or other diagnostic outputs that may fall below the 4 mA threshold.
The TSA202 is suitable for measuring both electrical and non-electrical parameters when paired with appropriate external sensors. The raw analog values—whether current (mA) or voltage (V)—can be easily converted into meaningful measurement units using an offset and multiplier defined in the master controller.
This allows seamless integration with a wide variety of sensor outputs, making the TSA202 an essential component for high-accuracy analog data acquisition over a digital interface. It offers outstanding flexibility, ease of use, and broad compatibility with different sensor types and applications.
