Queclink telematics devices for fleet and remote environmental monitoring applications.

Queclink sensor integration with Teracom 1-Wire temperature and humidity sensors
Queclink sensor integration connecting Teracom 1-Wire temperature and humidity sensors with supported Queclink telematics devices.

The integration was implemented through engineering validation and device-side software adaptation. It supports Teracom’s extended 1-Wire sensor protocol and ensures stable communication and reliable environmental data transmission.

Queclink Sensor Integration Overview

Queclink sensor integration enables direct connection of Teracom temperature and humidity sensors to supported Queclink tracking devices. No additional converters or external gateways are required. Environmental data is transmitted together with GPS positioning and operational information.

Compatible Queclink devices support Teracom’s 1-Wire protocol and identification logic. They can detect and manage multiple Teracom sensors on the same 1-Wire bus. This simplifies installation and reduces configuration time for system integrators.

Supported Teracom 1-Wire Sensors

The integration supports the following Teracom temperature and humidity sensor models:

Supported Queclink Devices

Queclink sensor integration is available on selected Queclink telematics models including GV620MG and GV305CEU. These devices now provide native support for Teracom TSH-series sensors, enabling synchronized environmental and location monitoring in a single system.

Applications in Fleet and Environmental Monitoring

Through this integration, fleet operators can monitor cargo temperature and humidity alongside vehicle position data. This is especially relevant for refrigerated transport, food logistics, pharmaceutical distribution, and other temperature-sensitive applications.

In addition to fleet deployments, the integration supports remote environmental supervision in mobile assets and technical sites. Real-time environmental data combined with telematics information enables centralized monitoring and faster response to abnormal conditions.

Engineering-Based Implementation

The Queclink sensor integration was validated through engineering cooperation to ensure compatibility with Teracom’s 1-Wire communication structure. This guarantees predictable behavior and long-term stability in production deployments.

By providing native device support for Teracom sensors, Queclink simplifies implementation and eliminates the need for intermediary hardware components. System integrators benefit from reduced complexity, faster setup, and reliable field performance.
