IP65 125kHz Panel Mount RFID Reader ACR220-P

ACR220-P is a rugged panel mount RFID reader for standalone access control of facilities, elevators, machines, and other equipment.

Available models
ACR220-P – Relay output
ACR220-P-O – Open-drain output

Description

ACR220-P/ACR220-P-O combines an IP65 125kHz Panel Mount RFID Reader with standalone access and equipment control. It reads EM4102-compatible RFID tags and verifies their identifiers locally. As a result, the device can operate without a PLC, computer, or external host system.

When the device recognizes an authorized tag, it activates the corresponding output for a configurable period from 1 to 240 seconds. If the tag remains within reading range, the device keeps the output active until the user removes the tag. By contrast, an unauthorized tag does not activate the output.

The internal nonvolatile memory stores up to 500 authorized RFID identifiers. Users can enroll new tags directly with the supplied service tag. In addition, the free LockyMonitor-3 software provides identifier management, output timing configuration, device settings, and firmware updates through RS-232.

ACR220-P includes a relay output, whereas ACR220-P-O provides separate OUT and BUZZER open-drain outputs. Moreover, the fully encapsulated electronics, IP65 body, and M32×1.5 mounting thread ensure reliable installation in panels, machines, elevators, and access control equipment.
