We have just released our new industrial IoT module TCW242.
It is designed for advanced monitoring and control of industrial systems. The module boasts a range of cutting-edge features making it an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial applications.
The new IoT module offers Ethernet connectivity at 10/100 Mbps with automatic cable detection, providing reliable and fast data transfer. This feature is accompanied by a web-based configuration and control system that is password protected, ensuring that sensitive data is protected from unauthorized access.
TCW242 also includes 4 digital inputs for dry contacts and 4 analog inputs with 0-10V and 0-20mA options, allowing for a wide range of sensors to be monitored. It also features 4 relays with normally open/normally closed contacts, providing even greater flexibility in controlling industrial systems.
In addition to these features, the module also supports MODBUS RTU for up to 24 sensors (registers), allowing for 24 channels to be monitored, with up to 24 independent alarms that can be set.
One of the standout features of the new IoT module is its support for MODBUS TCP/IP, MQTT 3.1.1, HTTP API, and SNMPv3. This allows for real-time data transfer and communication with other devices and systems, providing a comprehensive solution for industrial monitoring and control.
The new IoT module also includes NTP protocol support, enabling accurate timekeeping and data logging capacity for up to 70,000 records. It also provides the ability to schedule single or repeating tasks, and custom functions can be added for even greater flexibility.
Finally, the new IoT module can be easily mounted on DIN rail and includes an option to back up and restore settings, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial applications. With its remote firmware update capability, the module can be easily updated to ensure that it stays up to date with the latest technology.
